Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Sonomechanics.com operated by Industrial Sonomechanics, LLC. Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, we handle refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.

If we choose to provide a refund or exchange, we will ask that item(s) be returned to us within 7 calendar days from the Return Authorization (RA). You have up to 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange of the purchased items. The item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition. Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax may not be refundable.
